SINOMACH-HI International Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in May 2018 as the core international business platform under the strategic framework of China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH). As a state-owned backbone enterprise directly administered by the central government, SINOMACH has consistently ranked at the top of China's machinery industry top 100 and has been steadily listed in the Fortune Global 500 for many consecutive years — providing our international clients with unparalleled capital credit assurance and strategic resource support.

Development History
60 Years of Engineering Excellence

1961 Brand Origin

Our story traces back to 1961, when two local factories, Changzhou General Machinery Factory and Changzhou Power Machinery Factory, merged to establish the Changzhou Forestry Machinery Factory under the Ministry of Forestry, laying the foundation for what would become one of China’s most experienced machinery enterprises.

1996 Joint-Venture New Era

We marked a turning point in our international development. That year, it established joint ventures in Changzhou with leading global manufacturers like Komatsu and Hyundai, becoming one of the first in China’s construction machinery industry to build long-term collaborative partnerships with overseas brands.

Between 2008 and 2011 Manufacturing Capability Leap

A brand-new facility was built in Changzhou High-Tech Zone, marking a major upgrade in manufacturing capabilities. The new Changlin plant introduced lean production and digital management systems, paving the way for more efficient and modernized operations.

2016 Company Officially Established

Sinomach-Hi International Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established as part of a broader strategy to unify overseas operations under one roof. Since then, it has become the exclusive platform for the global marketing and sales of Sinomach-branded equipment, playing a important role in expanding the group's international footprint.

2024 Milestone Achievement

We saw significant results from its digital marketing strategies, reaching RMB 100 million in online sales. We have built an extensive production and sales network in collaboration with partners across more than 100 countries and regions, ensuring strong global market coverage.

In 2011, the company invested RMB 865 million in the Changzhou High-Tech Zone to build the Modern Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park — our manufacturing heart with an annual production capacity of 18,000 units of various construction equipment.
