Sinomach Changlin Company Limited. is a manufacturing enterprise under Sinomach Heavy Industry Group, which operates as part of the China National Machinery Industry Group (Sinomach). Founded in 1961 as Changzhou Forestry Machinery Factory, it was among the first construction machinery manufacturers in China and has developed into a main production base and key pillar of the group.

Changlin has more than 60 years of experience in research, development, and manufacturing. It operates a national-level technology center and postdoctoral research station and has been recognized with the National Quality Management Award. Our product range covers earthmoving machinery, road machinery, excavators, mining equipment, and special vehicles, with hundreds of models designed to meet different construction needs.

Public works equipment supply for government infrastructure project in Africa
In 2022, a local distributor in an African country secured a government contract for a major public infrastructure initiative. To support the project, they purchased a full range of construction and road-building machinery from us, including excavators, motor graders, bulldozers, and road rollers. The annual procurement exceeded RMB 20 million, marking a key step in enhancing regional development capacity.

Mining equipment delivery for regional operations in South America
In 2024, a distributor in South America completed a large-scale procurement for a mining operation, receiving over 560 units of construction equipment. The shipment included excavators, motor graders, and road rollers, supporting ongoing extraction and site development work. Total sales exceeded RMB 169 million, reinforcing the strong demand for durable and efficient machinery across the region.

Complete equipment package for highway infrastructure in West Africa
In 2023, the groundbreaking ceremony for a major highway project in West Africa marked the beginning of large-scale infrastructure work. The customer ordered around 30 units of heavy-duty equipment, including high-horsepower motor graders, large wheel loaders, excavators, and bulldozers to support earthmoving and road construction activities across the site.

High-power motor graders deployed in mining projects in CIS
In 2022, a major industrial group in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) region expanded its fleet with over 300 units of construction machinery. Among the latest additions was our newly launched high-horsepower motor grader, complemented by signed orders for large excavators, wheel loaders, and bulldozers to support heavy-duty mining operations.
