In 1961

Our story traces back to 1961, when two local factories, Changzhou General Machinery Factory and Changzhou Power Machinery Factory, merged to establish the Changzhou Forestry Machinery Factory under the Ministry of Forestry, laying the foundation for what would become one of China’s most experienced machinery enterprises.

In 1986

We became the first Chinese construction machinery manufacturer to collaborate with internationally recognized brands like Komatsu. This milestone marked the beginning of technology partnerships that introduced foreign expertise into China's equipment manufacturing sector.

In 1996

We marked a turning point in our international development. That year, it established joint ventures in Changzhou with leading global manufacturers like Komatsu and Hyundai, becoming one of the first in China’s construction machinery industry to build long-term collaborative partnerships with overseas brands.

In 2004

We set up a joint venture in Malaysia to establish an overseas assembly plant, becoming the first in China’s construction machinery sector to operate such a facility abroad. This step laid the foundation for localized manufacturing and faster delivery in international markets.

Between 2008 and 2011

A brand-new facility was built in Changzhou High-Tech Zone, marking a major upgrade in manufacturing capabilities. The new Changlin plant introduced lean production and digital management systems, paving the way for more efficient and modernized operations.

In 2016

Sinomach-Hi International Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially established as part of a broader strategy to unify overseas operations under one roof. Since then, it has become the exclusive platform for the global marketing and sales of Sinomach-branded equipment, playing a important role in expanding the group's international footprint.

By 2018

Sinomach had built a solid foundation for its international sales network, working with 65 overseas dealers. Its construction machinery had already reached over 100 countries and regions, steadily expanding its global presence.

In 2020

Sinomach-Hi launched its digital marketing strategy, strengthening its online presence through participation in events like the Canton Fair. These efforts helped boost product visibility and broaden business opportunities.

In 2022

We developed a complete digital marketing matrix that combines brand-building efforts through international promotion and social media outreach with the implementation of cross-border e-commerce as a trade model.

In 2024

We saw significant results from its digital marketing strategies, reaching RMB 100 million in online sales. We have built an extensive production and sales network in collaboration with partners across more than 100 countries and regions, ensuring strong global market coverage.
