The grader uses a single-handle electro-hydraulic control system combined with a power-shift transmission (T/M), offering 6 forward and 3 reverse speeds. It supports both hand and foot throttle coordination, allowing better control during stand-up operation. An electric shut-off system is also included for added convenience.
The automatic leveling system helps increase grading accuracy and reduces the number of cycles required, improving overall efficiency.
A single-pump hydraulic system distributes oil through a diverter valve to left and right control valves, then recombines partially downstream. This setup ensures steady system pressure at 17.5 MPa while minimizing flow loss and energy waste.
The double-row heavy-duty roller chain features an average breaking strength of 26 tons. It operates without tension adjustment and is built to withstand harsh conditions, reducing the risk of chain breakage under heavy loads.
The grader blade or moldboard can cut up to 535 mm deep and offers an optimized curvature range of 29° to 77°, enabling efficient soil turnover and meeting the demands of specialized grading operations.
The cab offers full panoramic visibility and includes a suspension seat with a headrest to ensure operator comfort. An optional ROPS/FOPS safety cab is available, along with features such as a built-in MP3/FM radio, high-power air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and a USB charging port.
