The reinforced structure uses high-strength steel across the engine hood, moldboard, and frame. This extra thickness enhances resistance to impact and wear, making the grader ideal for harsh mining environments filled with debris and blasting activity.

Thanks to its 246kW engine, the grader maintains reliable performance even in extreme temperatures as low as –35°C. Combined with a larger and thicker moldboard, it handles frozen soil efficiently, achieving up to 17% higher daily output compared to similar machines.

Its hydraulic system uses a single Danfoss pump that splits oil flow to dual directional valves, which then merge back locally. This setup ensures stable system pressure at 25 MPa while minimizing flow loss, even during demanding operations.

The working mechanism features a simple and sturdy A-frame with U-shaped cross sections. It supports 90° moldboard tilting and full 360° rotation, allowing wider reach for shoulder grading. Wear-prone parts such as the blade and side cutters can be reversed or swapped to extend service life and reduce costs.

Cutting depth reaches up to 735mm, and the wide 29–77° moldboard curvature enables effective soil rolling and reshaping across different ground conditions, supporting advanced grading tasks with ease.

The cab design prioritizes comfort and visibility. It offers an unobstructed panoramic view, a headrest-equipped suspension seat, and optional ROPS/FOPS-certified cabin. The interior includes MP3/FM features, a powerful heating and cooling system, and USB charging.
