Single-lever electro-hydraulic control with a power shift T/M system and 6 forward and 3 reverse gears simplifies operations and ensures smooth gear transitions. Both hand and foot throttle controls are linked, supporting upright operation and allowing precise speed adjustments.

The large-capacity fuel tank holds enough diesel for 10 hours of operation per shift. A larger radiator ensures stable performance in high-temperature environments up to 50°C, making the grader reliable in demanding job sites.

The hydraulic system uses a single-pump supply with flow distributed via a valve block to both sides. Partial circuits are merged downstream, maintaining a system pressure of 23 MPa. This design optimizes hydraulic efficiency, ensuring low flow and minimal energy loss without compromising performance.

A dual-row heavy-duty roller chain offers an average breaking strength of 26 tons. The chain is maintenance-free and does not require regular tensioning. Its durability meets the needs of extreme working conditions and prevents breakage during heavy-load operations.

All working components adopt an A-frame and U-shaped cross-section drawbar, providing a simple yet strong structure with flexible movement. The blade allows 90° tilt and 360° gear ring rotation, delivering deeper cuts and a wide operating range across road shoulders. Additionally, both the blade and side cutting plates are reversible and interchangeable, which significantly reduces replacement costs.

The blade/moldboard can reach a cutting depth of 250 mm. With a broad adjustable cutting angle ranging from 29° to 77°, the grader handles all soil types efficiently and supports more advanced grading techniques.

Its panoramic view enhances operator awareness. The suspended seat with headrest improves comfort, while the optional ROPS/FOPS cab offers added safety. The interior includes MP3/FM radio, powerful heating and cooling, and a USB charging port for practical on-the-job convenience.

What’s the difference between a front and a rear ripper/scarifier, and when should each be used?
Can I add extra weight or install a longer blade on a motor grader?
What should I consider when choosing the right motor grader for a road construction project?
Can a motor grader be used for applications other than road grading?
Yes, motor graders are highly versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications beyond standard road leveling. They’re effective in earthmoving projects, slope formation, spreading and loosening materials, trenching, ditching, and even snow and ice removal. Our motor graders are also suitable for:
- Site preparation and fine leveling, clearing debris and ensuring a smooth surface before construction
- Breaking up old pavement or hard soil, especially when equipped with a rear ripper
- Shaping and trimming slopes for landscaping or terrain modification
- Mixing, spreading, and compacting base layers during road construction
- Pushing tasks, when fitted with a front blade, and maintaining balance with front and rear counterweights
Are motor graders available with automatic grade control systems?
They’re compatible with various types of sensors and can adapt to different site conditions, improving efficiency in tasks that require consistent grading accuracy, especially in road construction, foundation preparation, and other precision earthmoving jobs.
